Refund and Returns Policy

At Price Quality Glass, we take pride in delivering premium-quality products that meet your expectations. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent 3-day return and refund policy. Please read the policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only within 3 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
  • Returns are applicable only for products purchased directly from www.pricequalityglass.co.in.
  • Custom-made, special-order, or discounted items are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective.

2. Conditions for Return

  • The item must be returned in its original box/packaging without any damage.
  • Any physical damage caused during installation or due to mishandling post-delivery will void the return eligibility.
  • For lighting products (e.g., jhoomars, wall lights), ensure all components like bulbs, wires, screws, and manuals are included in the return package.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with missing parts, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos as proof.
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund once the issue is verified.
  • For major damages, we may arrange a reverse pickup or request you to ship the item back for inspection.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at princequality281@gmail.com with your order ID, product details, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
  2. Once approved, we will provide return instructions or schedule a pickup via our logistics partner (where available).
  3. Pack the item securely to avoid damage in transit. Include a copy of the invoice.

5. Refund Process

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer (you will be asked to share bank details securely).
  • Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or made-to-order products.
  • Products that have been installed or used.
  • Items returned after 3 days of delivery.
  • Items without original packaging or missing components.
